Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) — preferred for wholesale orders and international transactions. Proforma invoice provided upon order confirmation.
  • PayPal — available for retail orders up to €500.
  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Available for all order sizes.
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC) — available on request for wholesale orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Zones

  • Europe (EU/EEA) — 3–7 business days via DHL Express or FedEx
  • Ukraine — 1–3 business days via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta
  • Other countries — 5–14 business days depending on destination. Contact us for availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Ukraine: from €5 (Nova Poshta standard)
  • EU countries: from €25 (DHL Express, up to 5 kg)
  • Free shipping on wholesale orders over €500 (EU)

Planting Season Scheduling

We can schedule delivery to arrive exactly when your planting season starts. Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–October) orders can be pre-booked in advance with a 30% deposit to guarantee availability.

Packaging

All seedlings are packed in specially designed transport containers:

  • In Vitro seedlings: sealed sterile containers with moisture membrane
  • Open-ground saplings: root-ball wrapped in moist peat and breathable film
  • Root cuttings: bundles wrapped in moist sawdust and polyethylene film

Phytosanitary Certificates

For export orders, we provide EU phytosanitary certificates issued by authorized inspection bodies. Certificate preparation takes 5–7 additional business days. Cost is included in the shipping fee for EU destinations.

Returns & Complaints

Due to the biological nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of live plants. However, if the shipment arrives damaged or plants fail to survive due to issues with packaging or our production quality, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and offer replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
