Oct. 1st, 2009: Double your Laptop RAM for $20 Bucks! If you have an older P3 Notebook, like the IBM T20, T21, T22 or the IBM ThinkPad A20m, A21p, A22m series then we can double your RAM from 128MB to 256MB Total for only $20. In other words, an extra 128MB RAM Module costs $20 total. There is no extra fee to install the RAM and verify that it works. Please bring-in your P3 Laptop/Notebook AND your AC Adapter so that we can test the RAM and prove it works BEFORE you pay for it. If you already have 256MB RAM and you wish to double it to 512MB Total, we can also do that service but it costs $40 extra instead of $20. In other words, an extra 256MB RAM Module costs $40 total. If you have a P4 Notebook or a CoreDuo Notebook, then we also carry the RAM Modules for these units as well. June 8th, 2009: Why Panasonic??? Panasonic is the only remaining core manufacturer of notebook computers. Panasonic not only manufactures most of the major parts used in the Toughbook, but also assembles the Toughbook notebook itself. This is as opposed to the practice of outsourcing the parts and farming off assembly to a third party manufacturer as in the case of Dell. They not only believe in their products but back it up with a 3-Year International Manufacturer Warranty in the case of brand-new product. This is not an extra optional warranty but is included on all their Toughbook Notebook Computers. Plus most of their products are still made in Japan according to their stringent quality control standards.
April 14th, 2009: Attention Panasonic Toughbook Owners: Ultrasoft now offers custom paint jobs on all Panasonic Toughbook Used Notebooks.
